As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead complex projects, craft scalable software solutions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.

• Plan and implement game features aligned with overall game design.
• Optimize existing game engines to improve performance and scalability.
• Coordinate with other team leads to synchronize development processes.
• Review and produce code and technical design documents for peers.
• Build and enforce coding standards and guidelines.
• Navigate the organization to connect with relevant individuals and resources.

• Proficiency in C# and essential knowledge of Unity.
• Strong experience in software development and a deep understanding of development principles.
• Analytical skills to propose performance‑improving solutions.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and alignment with established standards.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on management style with end‑to‑end process tracking.
• Understanding of general business concepts to interpret critical metrics such as DAU and ARPDAU.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with game development and industry knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
