Role Title: Solution Architect - Salesforce Financial Services

The Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for financial services clients, ensuring scalable, secure, and industry‑best‑practice aligned outcomes.

• Clearly articulate the solution to stakeholders and demonstrate effective objective handling.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Industries & Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for wealth management and investment clients.
• Lead client stakeholders to gather processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, delivering measurable client value in dynamic environments.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Keep informed about the latest Salesforce Financial Services features and updates by engaging with Salesforce.
• Embed AI into your thinking when building out industry solutions.

• Experience with Salesforce Industries or Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven hands‑on experience leading technical engagements through architecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated solutions on Salesforce.
• Experience addressing key architecture concerns (scalability, performance, security, availability, etc.) in the context of Salesforce.
• Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, interpersonal, and management skills. Background in consulting or leading teams is required.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Agentforce Specialist).

• Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations in financial services organisations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Industry‑specific knowledge and experience leveraging leading Salesforce and ecosystem industry solutions.
• Understanding and articulation of how Agentforce and AI are affecting Financial Service and how you’ve used AI to deliver value.
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect or equivalent industry Architect certifications.
• Pre‑sales solution architecture experience (including solution shaping, and delivery estimation and planning) is highly regarded.
• Active Salesforce community participation and contributions.
• Industry specific knowledge in Financial Services.
