Role Overview

• Lead on coordinating and compiling bid content to deliver winning bids.
• Produce high-quality bid submissions, new business documents, and pitch materials.
• Develop a strategic and graphic approach to new business efforts
• Shape visual layouts and edit copy for impact and clarity.
• Collaborate with international teams and senior leadership on strategic pursuits across diverse sectors.

What They’re Looking For

• Prior experience in bids, submissions, or marketing within architecture or the built environment.
• Good working knowledge of InDesign with excellent visual/layout skills.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• A passion for architecture, with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Familiarity with public bid/framework processes is a plus.
