Client Engagement Consultant - Management Consulting Market, London

Consulting Point works with consulting firms globally on senior hiring across strategy, transformation and specialist advisory disciplines. We partner with high growth boutiques, global consulting firms and PE backed advisory businesses on leadership hiring across international markets.

We are hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants into our London team as we continue to grow internationally and further develop how we use AI, research and modern systems within executive search.

This is a commercial, relationship-led role for recruiters who enjoy business development, stakeholder engagement and working in a high performance environment.

The Role

• Build relationships with consulting leaders across international markets

• Develop commercial opportunities and convert them into live search work

• Work closely with clients and candidates on international mandates

• Use AI tools, research platforms and internal systems to support search delivery and workflow efficiency

• Stay close to market developments and hiring trends across consulting

Senior Consultants will take ownership of larger client relationships and more complex international assignments.

What We Look For

• Recruitment or executive search experience

• Strong communication skills and commercial instinct

• Relationship-led approach and confidence speaking with senior professionals

• Interest in AI, technology and modern ways of working

• Ability to operate well within a collaborative, office based environment

Senior Consultant realistic earnings: £100k+
