Transaction Services Manager, London

The Consultancy Group is partnering with a partner-founded M&A Deal Advisory firm to hire into their Pre-Deal Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team. They are seeking commercially astute Transaction Services professional with excellent data analytics skills, who are eager to work across a broad range of deals and gain wider exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with accurate, reliable financial information to support forecasting and valuation.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and problem-solving ability in order to add-value to clients using data analytics to produce complex financial models/reports.
• Analyse businesses to identify core value drivers and deliver clear, commercially focused recommendations.
• Assess separation and integration considerations and evaluate their financial impact throughout the transaction process.
• Build deep sector knowledge, stay informed on deal trends, and leverage insights to support client relationships and business growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be ACA or CFA qualified with 2+ years of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience within an M&A environment—either in industry or consulting. Data analytics experience with proficient use of tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, PowerPivot. Applicants must have hands-on FDD or Transaction Services experience, including exposure to deal fundamentals and involvement in both buy-side and sell-side engagements across the transaction cycle.
