Alibaba International Group-Logistic Manager-London

Responsibility：

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

2. In charge of Europe logistic procurement management, including source, contracts negotiation, evaluate, and suppliers’ selection based on performance, quality, and cost criteria. Be able to provide feasible and flexible procurement strategy based on stakeholder's requests with strong problem- solving skills.

3. Follow established procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

4. Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with contractual obligations.

5. Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential procurement opportunities. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in logistic procurement.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in global logistic procurement or oversea supply chain management for at least 5 years.

3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations will be preferred.

4. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed procurement decisions.

5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in multicultural organization.

6. Fluent English communication skills is a must.
