This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual looking to take ownership of bid submissions within a collaborative, design-focused environment. You will play a key role in shaping written and visual content, helping to present the business in a clear and compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality bid and tender submissions
• Support bid / no bid decisions
• Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities
• Prepare engaging presentations aligned with brand guidelines
• Assist with fee proposals and project-related documentation
• Maintain and improve internal bid processes and materials

Requirements

• Strong written and communication skills
• Good graphic and presentation ability
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Experience

Previous experience within a design, architecture or creative environment
