Paralegal - International Arbitration - US Law Firm, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Arbitration Paralegal to join the London office of a leading US law firm with a highly regarded global disputes practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value cross-border arbitration matters alongside market-leading lawyers within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team across all stages of arbitration proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the management of international arbitration cases from inception through to conclusion
• Preparing, reviewing and organising bundles, pleadings and hearing materials
• Managing large volumes of documents and coordinating document production exercises
• Supporting with filings, legal research and case administration
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and external vendors where required
• Assisting with hearing preparation, including virtual and in-person hearings
• Maintaining matter trackers, deadlines and case documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months’ prior experience within international arbitration
• Experience gained within a recognised law firm environment, ideally within a US or international firm
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Full right to work in the UK is essential
