My client is currently recruiting for a building services technician for a University in Kingston. You will have a trade qualification either electrical or mechanical, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include all ppm and reactive work:
- Checking lights
- Checking sockets
- Plant checks
- Checking fan coils
- Temp tap tests
- Checks and tmv's
- Outside lighting checks
- General maintenance duties
Hours: 7-3.30 Monday to Friday
Salary: 38K, with on call 1 in #removed#) for being on call plus extra if called out.
- 28 days plus 8 BH
- 6% matching pension
- Use of company van when on call
