We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Stock Keeper (permanent contract) to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for warehouse operations, supporting both the sales floor and the stockroom in all activities that ensure a strong customer experience.

• Own the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, ensuring all products are well-prepared, controlled, and beautifully presented.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock activities including deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits with precision.
• Partner closely with store management to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.

• Previous experience in stock management or a similar back-office role, preferably within a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision
• Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in retail or a similar role
