• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure meeting rooms, gym areas, lifts, locker rooms, and back of house corridors meet hotel hygiene standards.
• Support daily restaurant cleanliness and assist the linen room or perform linen porter duties when required.
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks, special cleaning projects, and upkeep of upholstery, carpets, and rugs.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe and well maintained environment.
• Ensure proper care, usage, and storage of all public area equipment and cleaning tools.
• Complete guest requests via HoTSoS efficiently and professionally.
• Comply with all hotel policies, including lost property, fire safety, security, and health and safety procedures.
• Train new colleagues to ensure high standards and consistent performance.
• Maintain positive working relationships and deliver friendly, professional service at all times.
