The role involves working flexibly across different year groups, providing strong class support and effective 1:1 or small group assistance. Opportunities for graduate candidates to transition to a teaching apprenticeship after successfully working as a teaching assistant.

What we are looking for- Excellent practitioners with a passion for learning, capable of building good relationships with children, staff and families.
- Proactive, creative individuals who enjoy working with individuals and as part of a team.
- Ability to assess a child’s needs and suggest appropriate tasks and strategies.
- Initiative, willingness to play an active part in the life of the whole school.
Approx £24,000 per annum.
Working HoursTerm time only, 39 weeks per year. 31.25 hours per week (8.50am to 3.35pm) or 22 hours per week (8.50am to 1.15pm).
