Competitive Salary + Package We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly respected residential developer operating across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful commercial team delivering high-quality housing developments, with clear long-term progression and stability within the business.The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple residential developments from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with operational and technical teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably, efficiently, and to the highest standards.This position would suit an established Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in housebuilding or residential construction, looking to join a collaborative and forward-thinking business.
