Management Accountant - Park Developer, East Midlands

Management Accountant - East Midlands/East Anglia - Work from home PART TIME - Salary negotiable ££! As a Leisure Industry/Park Home specialist this growing brand focus in park design and development from Construction to Sales and Marketing for new sites. This friendly but professional company are now looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their hardworking, yet sociable team. The group are successfully growing year on year and need an experienced accountant who is happy using Xero and comfortable to take on a varied role all the way from the high value transnational element to month end closure. This role will be very flexible around hours/salary but they are thinking around 3 days a week (all home working other than being required to travel to Cambridge once a month for a meeting) but it could be more once the successful candidate meets with my client. What will you be doing? ? Covering all aspects of Accounts Payable (invoices, payment runs, supplier statement reconciliation, allocating data entered). ? Covering all aspects of Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (raising sales invoices and collecting money from customers). ? P+L, budgeting and forecasting, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, accruals and prepayments. ? In statement and balancing ? General book keeping Essentials for you to have: ? Construction background is desirable ? Advanced Diploma in Accounting or long term experience ? 3+ years in a similar position. ? Highly experienced with XERO. ? Confident understanding data entry & transferring data. ? An outgoing and confident personality.
