Senior Maintenance Engineer Nights Based in Nottinghamshire Job ref: JH /51566 Salary: Commensurate With Experience Shift: Nights 10.00pm-06.00am Main Purpose: To carry out maintenance work on Injection Moulding Machines and associated equipment along with plant and building maintenance as needed. Key Tasks: · To carry out all planned maintenance tasks to business standards. · Safety checks of machinery, ancillary equipment and plant, completing periodic safety records. · Undertake required installation of machinery and plant equipment. · Respond to and provide an immediate maintenance service. · Manufacture, fabricate and assemble special purpose parts and equipment. · Complete job cards for the costing of machine maintenance. · Raise requisition orders for spare part requirements obtaining value for money. · Along with the team identify specific problems and assist in implementing improvement plans. · Support other team members as required. · Maintain good housekeeping. · Weekly sprinkler maintenance. · Maintain and record water treatment as company procedures For EU roles, candidates must be eligible to work and live in the European Union.
