Food Safety Officer, East Midlands

Our client based in the East Midlands are looking to take on an experienced Environmental Health Officer or a Technical Officer to join their food team on an initial 6 month contract. You will be carrying out statutory food hygiene interventions, including pre assessment, physical inspection, report write ups and undertake any revisits as necessary. This is not a per inspection role and the client would like someone who are able to 'muck' in with all relevant food safety duties as well as COVID response work.
