Client Manager, Loughborough

Client Manager- Loughborough An opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious accountant to manage their own portfolio and small team at a growing independent practice in Loughborough. You will start as a Client Manager with an eye to grow and progress as you gain exposure to a burgeoning client base. This role will consist largely of accounts and tax work, along with business development responsibilities and incentives. Duties: Manage a portfolio of clients Review working papers, statutory accounts and management accounts Prepare and review corporation tax computations, VAT & Self Assessment returns Assist with billing Networking and building long lasting business relationships Collaborate with Director to grow the business Profile: ACA or ACCA Qualified for at least 4 years Significant accounts, VAT and tax experience in practice At least 2 years experience managing a team or juniors. Exemplary communication and writing skills and be capable of liaising and forming relationships with clients. Audit Experience would be a welcomed addition Experience with accounts software such as Xero, Quickbooks and Sage Intermediate Excel skills including, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, INDEX/MATCH formulae Self starting, outgoing and ambitious individual For more information or if you wish to apply for this role, please send your CV and details to James Gosling at AJ Chambers.
