Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire

Job type: Full Time, 40hrs per week (Permanent)

What we are looking for

We need someone who will keep the holiday park in tip‑top condition and looking spectacular, repairing, maintaining, renewing and improving everything from the entrance signage to the back fence.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the grounds maintenance team to ensure everything is in good working order.
• Landscape duties, including paving and fencing, grass cutting.
• Train and develop the existing grounds team to enhance guests’ experience.
• Coordinate departments rotations in line with budget.
• Recruitment.
• Control of stock.
• Miscellaneous tasks that other people cannot do.
• Fix what’s broken and restore order, guaranteeing confidence, friendliness and practical skills.
• Work your magic on bank holidays, evenings and weekends.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

• Understanding of health and safety at work.
• Experience managing a team of trades and general assistants.
• Driving licence essential.
• Self‑driven, proactive, great people skills, unfailing enthusiasm, high standards and eye for detail.

• Experience in previous role.
• Experience working in a holiday park.
