Cleaner - Levington Court, Lowestoft

Salary: £12.77 per hour; £9,963.00 per year (Full-time equivalent £25,239.59 per annum)

Hours: 15 hours per week; Permanent

• Cleaning in accordance with agreed schedules, covering daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks.
• Being responsible for keeping storage facilities tidy and locked when not in use in accordance with COSHH regulations.
• Being responsible for reporting any items which are becoming worn or damaged and needing replacement.
• Removing and disposing of litter and keeping all communal and staff areas tidy.
• Carrying out any other cleaning works as directed by the Service Manager (such as voids).
