• Hours:Part time, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, term time plus 5 professional development days

The Ashley School Academy Trustare seeking a dedicated, empathetic and professionalT4 Teaching Assistant (TA)to join our awesome team in Key Stage 2. We are a day/residential school for pupils with complex learning needs and associated difficulties.

Do you have a passion to:

• work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils, some in small groups and others one to one
• help pupils to develop life skills and emotional regulation
• act as cover supervisor for planned and unplanned absences
• work alongside teachers and other specialist staff to provide a whole approach to learning
• celebrate progress in small steps
• think on your feet as no two days are the same
• the lives of young people with SEND?

A commitment to raise achievement for pupils with SEN is essential.
