Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Competitive

Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday, 08:00–16:30 | Friday, 08:00–14:00

Dalkia is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Compliance Coordinator to support our team at Sizewell B. This is a key role ensuring our processes, documentation, and standards consistently meet the highest compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control essential working documentation, including RAMS, equipment registers, insurance certificates, and inspection records

• Support the delivery of internal and external audits

• Manage and update the central compliance tracker database

• Work closely with Contract Operations and QSHE teams to uphold compliance policies and procedures

• Handle internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence

About You

• Experience in a similar compliance-focused role (any industry considered)

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Highly organised, proactive, and motivated

• Understanding of legislation and statutory compliance requirements in any sector
