Your role and responsibilities

You'll be at the heart of the team, helping everything run smoothly and making sure colleagues have the support they need to do their best work.

On a typical day, you might be organising meetings, managing finances, or helping colleagues and customers with queries. You'll play a key part in keeping services running efficiently and making a real difference behind the scenes.

You will:
  • organise and support meetings from booking rooms and preparing papers to taking minutes
  • help with processing invoices, reconciling accounts and handling petty cash and update financial spreadsheets
  • provide general admin support such as managing inboxes, drafting correspondence and keeping filing systems up to date
  • book travel and accommodation for colleagues and service users
  • answer telephones, helping resolve queries or signposting to the right person.

You will need

We hope you'll bring:
  • experience in administration or office-based work (including finance tasks like invoices, budgets or data entry)
  • confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your own workload
  • good attention to detail, especially when working with numbers or taking minutes
  • a proactive mindset, take initiative and solve problems and work together as a team.
