Senior Quantity Surveyor, Luton

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Ground Engineering / Permanent Kennet Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior QS to join a civil engineering and groundworks contractor who are looking at tripling turnover within the next 2-3 years. Our client has a fantastic order book in to 2021 and have worked on prestigious projects in London including the Old War office. The company specialise in enabling works, piling and sub-structure works including major basement construction, demolition and alteration works. They currently have 8 live jobs in Central London between the values of £100k-£2m based within Central London and work with major tier-1 contractors as well as leading developers. Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with solid experience in ground engineering projects The role will predominantly be based in the client?s office in Luton with occasional site visits into London. The successful candidate will be working closely with the directors and contracts manager. The role will entail the full commercial role including estimating.
