Water Hygiene Engineer - Luton

The company are currently looking to recruit an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Luton area. The successful candidate will have previous experience in delivering a range of water hygiene duties in line with ACOP L8 guidelines including carrying out cleaning and chlorination on hot and cold water systems and conducting temperature checks and water sampling. Applications from Watford, Aylesbury, Harlow, Bedford, and the surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & experience: Previous experience of working in this role in the water treatment/water hygiene industry is essential. Must be fully conversant with current guidelines - (ACOP L8). Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. Key Role: Carrying out cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, boilers and cooling towers, etc. Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling, analysing water systems and interpreting the results. Planned preventative maintenance on all dosing equipment. Completing paperwork for all works undertaken. Build and maintain a good working relationship with the clients/customers. Overall, the successful candidate will be a good team player with a positive attitude.
