Deputy Manager - Children (Learning Disabilities), Luton

On behalf of my client we are looking for a Deputy Manager Children for the Luton area. This is a 6 bedded home for children with learning disabilities. You need to be dynamic, ambitious and energetic with experience in managing residential homes for children and young people aged 10 -18 with Learning Disabilities. You will need to have your Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent qualification working with children and have at least 2 years experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting within the last 5 years. You will also need at least one year experience of deputising experience within a children's home. You must have excellent leadership and management skills, Good organisational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full time position and the salary is £28,000-£30,000.
