Multi-Skilled Mobile Building Services Engineer Up to £34k per annum & vehicle/fuel card, travel time, bonus & excellent package Luton Our client, a leading national Building Services Maintenance/ FM specialist has a key requirement for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to join their successful team of mobile building services engineers that service large office buildings on maintenance contracts with large Facilitates maintenance companies and retail landlords. Mobile Building Services Engineer overview Mobile Building Services Engineer will be covering sites in and around the Bedfordshire area. Mobile Building Services Engineer will be performing PPM & some reactive maintenance on mechanical plant, Emergency lighting checks, lamping, AHU and FCU maintenance & repair, Filter Changes, plant room maintenance, belt changes, water temperature checks Experience required for Mobile Building Services Engineer: Mobile Building Services Engineer will be experienced on PPM on Building Services plant Mobile Building Services Engineer will ideally have mechanical or electrical qualifications but be multi-skilled Mobile Building Services Engineer will be living in the Luton/Bedford areas Mobile Building Services Engineer will be experienced as a Commercial Mobile Building Services Engineer Package for Mobile Building Services Engineer £34000 basic salary Company vehicle, fuel card & paid travel time Pension and paid holiday Company bonus scheme This is an excellent career opportunity and the chance to work for a stable and succesful Building Maintenance company who can provide a progressive working environment and continous professional development.
