Mechanical Building Services Engineer £28,000-£30,000 Luton Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 Our client is seeking a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to manage a Medical site in Luton. As a Building Services Engineer you will work as the stand alone engineer on site, working Monday-Friday (normal working hours) with plenty of over time available. Job Details Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00 Covering a well known Medical Site in Luton Pension Plan and Paid Holidays available. Salary: £28,000-£30,000 Job specific accountabilities: Carry out the preventative maintenance program on site Carry out reactive maintenance works Writing and carrying out quoted works General Building Maintenance carried out when needed. Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues To provide a service at all times to the nominated clients by ensuring that the standards of work and the materials supplied are as specified in accordance with the contract information Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed as necessary Liaise with building facilities team to ensure any shared landlord and tenant systems are operating correctly Qualifications / Experience NVQ/C&G Mechanical/Plumbing Gas Qualifications (desired) 18th Edition (desired) Previous experience within the FM industry or as a building maintenance engineer If you would like the opportunity to work for a great FM company who offer fantastic opportunities for progression who will invest time and money into their engineers please apply directly or contact Josh on (phone number removed)
