Essential Experience monitoring performance, KPIs, or service outcomes. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Desirable Experience working within the charity sector. Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance requirements. Experience supporting funding reports or monitoring returns. CIPD qualification or relevant HR training. Experience in community or social welfare services. PRINCE2 Foundation qualification.
