Chef - Leisure - Brockenhurst - £31kp/a

We are looking for a skilled and confident Chef with a genuine passion for fresh, homemade food to join our friendly kitchen team.

We are a well-established daytime café restaurant located at a leisure site in Brockenhurst, set within beautiful surroundings in the New Forest. Our menus celebrate quality ingredients and seasonal produce, including fruit and vegetables sourced locally wherever possible.

• Daytime hours only: 9am to 5pm, seven days per week
• Working within a busy and supportive kitchen team
• Using our gas-fired pizza oven to create pizzas, flatbreads, and daily specials
• Preparing and cooking dishes across the menu
• Supporting with prep, service, and general kitchen duties as required

• You have at least two years' experience in a busy kitchen environment
• You enjoy working with fresh, seasonal produce
• You are a team player who is happy to get stuck in wherever needed
• You take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and high standards
