System Engineer, Lymington

Systems Engineer with expertise in embedded systems and testing is now needed for Engineering company on the South Coast.

** Salary to circa £60k plus benefits and hybrid working**

This is an interesting and diverse role within a small team. The successful Systems Engineers responsibilities involve interpreting user needs and capturing system requirements then negotiating the technical requirements for firmware, electronic and mechanical hardware designs.

The Systems Engineer will also be responsible for compliance testing and ensuring the system is reliable, efficient, and secure.

Applicants require a relevant degree and some of the following skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages like C and C++.

• Communication protocols expertise

• Knowledge of PCB design tools and electronic design automation software.

• Experience with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.•

In addition to strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills, suitable applicants will have strong collaboration skills and strong documentation skills.
