Location: Lytham, Lancashire (Charming One‑Form Entry Primary School)

Salary: £8 – £12.71 per hour | Start Date: September 2026 | Contract: 18‑month apprenticeship

We are partnering with a nurturing, values‑driven primary school in Lytham to recruit an aspiring educator for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons in an EYFS / KS1 setting.
• Lead 1‑on‑1 or small group interventions to boost learning.

• Maintain open communication with parents and complete college coursework on time.

• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (Required).
• A genuine desire to work with children and support their development.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to collaborate within a close‑knit team.
• Ability to commit to the full 18‑month apprenticeship duration.
