Building Surveyor, Public Sector Condition Survey, Kent

TSA are currently working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are looking to recruit a number of Building Surveyors to support a large upcoming programme of public sector surveys in the South East area.  We are looking for Building Surveyors to carry out condition and life cycle surveys of a public sector portfolio of properties, the contract will form around 3 months of work.  The successful individual will be working as part of a team responsible for surveying, logging, and creating condition reports for fabric elements of the properties in line with RICS standard methodology.  We will ideally be looking for candidates who are chartered building surveyors (MRICS) or alternatively degree qualified with a history of proven experience within the field. You will need to be self-sufficient, with excellent levels of communication at all levels and comfortable managing your own workload. All data will be recorded on a PDA device as such this contract will require 5 days on site with around 40 hours committed per week. If you?re interested in the role please get in touch asap
