Commercial Account Handler Based in Maidstone Salary £25,000 - £30,000 Our client who are a well know Lloyds Broker are looking to recruit a Commercial Account Handler within their motor team. The ideal candidate will have experience within Commercial Motor ? Renewals and Mid Term Adjustments. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm Job Role: * Managing own book of business which will consist of approx. 20 clients per month * Managing the renewal process from start to finish * Sending out documentation and ensuring all FCA rules and regulations are adhered to * Upselling and cross selling of additional policies * Achieving monthly renewals target * Providing quotations for existing clients to generate new business * Contacting clients prior to renewal * Liaising with underwriters * Providing a high level of customer service via the phone and emails Requirements: * Experience working within Commercial Motor * Knowledge of FCA regulations * Professional telephone manner * Good attention to detail If this is a role that you would like to discuss in more detail please apply online or contact Hills Consultants
