VOIP Sales Manager - Electronic Aftermarket Industry Essex Salary and commission structure is open minded depend on the client base you can bring with you. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful Electronics aftermarket services sales team. You will have measurable sales objectives as an VOIP Trader. As a VOIP Trader (Voice over IP), you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the success of the company specialising in the sourcing and sales of used and refurbished VOIP products with measurable sales objectives for the area you support. You will be the subject matter expert in the fast-paced VOIP product environment selling desk phones, video conference equipment and other related products. Core Responsibilities: Proactively builds and develops supplier and customer contacts across multiple levels and opportunities Product technology evaluation and buy/sell pricing Sales forecasting and quota attainment Manage supplier and customer liaison Arranging logistics shipping Reconcile expenditure and ensure billing is correct Identify queries and resolve to company and supplier satisfaction Maintain confidentiality in all business-related matters Act in accordance with information quality control, health and safety and, security policies and procedures Occasional oversea travel may be required Skills required: 3-5 years' experience in Electronics aftermarket services - Essential Deep understanding and continuing knowledge and education of VOIP technology into the used/refurbished resale market Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across multiple suppliers and opportunities Ability to work in virtual teams across suppliers and company group wide Working to set milestones and team objectives Taking responsibility to manage requirements calling on resources as required that meet agreed timescale Ability to manage supplier and customer expectations If you feel you fit the requirements for this role and would like to discuss it in more detail, please contact Sarah Palmer on (phone number removed).
