The Role - Endoscopy Service Manager  This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Service Manager to support their recent rapid growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of Medical Endoscopy Service Engineers and Biomedical Engineers, building and nurturing the relationship with a key customer and regularly attending meetings and providing customer care. You will ensure the delivery of KPIs including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets. Your Background - Endoscopy Service Manager  To apply for this role, you should be able to demonstrate experience of managing NHS or private biomedical, endoscopy or sterilisation departments or of managing medical engineers as they service endoscopy systems. You should be a clear and confident communicator, a strong leader and have a deeply inherent passion for excellence in customer service with excellent attention to detail.
