The Role The role will provide development and training of the core software platforms that are used by the company to drive productivity and improve the effectiveness of their lawyers and support staff in line with the company's strategic objectives. Based in Leamington Spa with Travel Responsibilities of a Software Development & Training Officer: Create and implement workflows and documents Improve onboarding process for new clients Create and deliver training for new employees on software Design and deliver training on the system for current workforce Design and deliver training on updated software applications Delivery of dashboards for legal, compliance and financial reporting Fully digitising the legal, compliance and financial processes and systems Maintaining workflows, processes & systems within legislation Develop strong relationships with software providers & stakeholders Keep up to date with current trends and attend IT events where possible Benefits Competitive Salary, Competitive holiday, Health Plan (includes dental and optical), Free will, Pension, Study leave on completion of probation & Career development and performance reviews.
