A leading chemical manufacturer is looking to add a Competency & Risk Management Facilitator to their already well established H&S department. Your overall responsibility is for the implementation and continuous improvement of the competence management system and site risk register. Competency & Risk Management Facilitator duties: ? Risk assessment facilitation ? Competence standard development & implementation ? Site training implementation & record keeping ? Human Factor assessments ? Process Safety internal audits ? Management of change system facilitation Person Specification: ? Experience in a Process Safety Environment ? NEBOSH general certificate ? COMAH experience is highly beneficial ? Manufacturing experience in a health, safety & environmental role (chemical, process, fmcg, food, production) Package & Benefits: ?
