Working for a well established and very professional company in the Tadley, Aldermaston area. Purpose: To regulate and coordinate uniformity and high quality communications across the business. To lead on tender and bid responses To maintain all formal commercial contracts (customer and supplier) and project manage / provide high quality administrative support on customer contract negotiations To manage and drive the continuous improvement of quality standards that will lead to business improvement To maintain the Company's Quality Management Systems and assure Company-wide, consistent best practice through the validation of process and the control of documentation. To provide other high level administration within the business Essential Qualifications LRQA Quality Systems Manager Internal QMS auditorDesirable Qualifications Likely to be educated to degree level or equivalent Project Management trained/certifiedEssential Skills/Knowledge Experienced in quality assurance and held previous direct responsibility for the performance of a Quality Management System High standard of written and verbal communication with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proven track record of structuring and producing high level corporate documents such as reports, quality manual documentation, communications materials etc. Senior Director/Board level support experience Previous experience of taking the lead in the coordination & production of high quality bid/tender responses Excellent time management and high level administrative capability Proficient MS-Office user (especially Excel, Word, PPT).
