With a very warm, lucrative desk on offer we require an experienced sales person with the ability to work at a senior level on high value Account management & Business development. Working closely with the Director of the business, who has nearly 15 years experience, you will be provided with the best possible environment and culture of success, over achievement and high reward. Responsibilities: * Managing the candidate process with your resourcer through to placement * Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice * Maintaining a strong client relationship for proactive recruitment needs * Ensuring your clients recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways Experience: * Previous sales experience essential * Recruitment experience preferred * Experience of working with high volume work loads and to tight deadlines * Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels * The ability to work under pressure * Can - Do - Attitude with a desire to win! * Full drivers license Benefits * Competitive basic salary £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience. * Uncapped bonus with on target earnings of £50,000 per annum * 20 days holiday per year, increasing with time and Company Pension. * Working closely with company Director who will provide day to day and hands on training. * Town centre office in prime location for restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities.
