Peripatetic Nurse, Manchester

If you are a Registered Mental Health Nurse with Complex Care and Personality Disorder experience, this Greater Manchester-based role could be perfect for you. It's a full-time Peripatetic role in Greater Manchester and comes with a competitive band 6 Salary circa £35,000 working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Peripatetic Nurse will be responsible for the 3 services in the region. You will collaboratively lead and inspire all care teams, providing expertise, leadership and management. Your responsibilities will include: ? Maintaining quality standards of care in the communities. ? Leading care delivery and computer care planning in all communities. ? Management of medicine ? Ensuring risk assessments associated with nursing and care are completed within the home, and safe working practices are being followed. The qualifications and experience required for this Peripatetic Mental Health Nurse role are: ? Current & Valid NMC registration ? Evidence of recent continuing professional development ? Management development experience and skills ?
