SEN Teaching Assistant, Lichfield

We are currently recruiting for passionate Teaching Assistants with experience in Autism and various moderate learning difficulties for both full and part time roles in a school we work closely with in Lichfield.  You will be working with students of both Primary and Secondary ages, alongside a team of supportive and caring staff, where the needs of the child always come first. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in working with the specialist needs of students with Autism and MLD, who has excellent communication skills. We are looking for candidates who have great behaviour management skills and can help maintain a positive and supportive environment for learners.
