Project Manager - Employers Agent/Fund Monitoring, North West

A recent position has now become available for any intermediate to senior level Project Managers looking round the South Cheshire area. This position is with a very niche and expanding consultant who after weathering the last few months, now have some successful bids coming in which will involve you assisting and delivering on. Such sector work includes several new builds and refurbs of hotels and PRS developments across the UK so national travel is expected but the role is flexible in how you work your days. Due to the nature and demand of this role, you will need to have previous consultancy experience working as either as an Employers Agent or Project Manager (open to QS's with fund monitoring experience aswell).
