Holly at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for an ambitious and focused residential Home Manager who has at least two years' experience in management, to take the helm at an elderly/dementia residential home in Caerphilly. As Home Manager, you will draw upon your existing expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it operates efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and care excellence.
