Description
my client, an expanding online retailer, are looking for a customer service advisor to join their team full time. Previous experience in customer service in a similar environment is essential as it is fast paced and attention to detail is key. You will be taking queries regarding order via telephone and email and it will be target driven. The hours of work are 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday and you will be expected to work 1 in 3 or 4 Saturdays (with a day of during the week) the position is temp to start with a view to go permanent for the right candidate.
