Management Information / Business Information Analyst (Property Insights) Stafford & Shrewsbury (Travel required) Permanent Full time, 37 hours per week Salary: £31,620 Closing date: 22nd September 2020 Interview date: W/C 28th September 2020 Are you looking for a new challenge? Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Property Insights Analyst to join them within their Assets Management Team. You will provide insights into all areas of the Property Services directorate understanding performance across all areas of delivery. You will be responsible for all asset analysis, using data to make informed decisions around future strains on the service. Using modelling techniques to forecast and plan for the future investment programmes, service delivery and foreseeable issues that may arise. Job requirements * Manage all data associated to the Property directorate within the group, assuring accuracy of collection, storage and reporting. * Provide all corporate and operational KPIs, with background information feeding into operational delivery performance meetings. Responsible for information reporting across Assets and Compliance. * Be the main administrator within the client of set up regarding the Contractor Management System, Compliance system and Housing Management Systems.
