Family Solicitor NQ - 3 PQE | Warwickshire | £30,000 - £35,000 A small well respected, employee orientated law firm which has recently acquired a new firm is looking to bolster its private family law team at their office in central Warwickshire. The firm is in growth mode and has plenty of work with support provided and progression routes available. The Role: The successful Family Solicitor will be running a full caseload and be proactive in supporting the expansion of the firm and department. There is currently a small team that is looking to bring someone in at junior solicitor level to support a senior fee earner alongside 2 paralegals. The work is mixed privately funded Matrimonial, Finance and Children Act work. Requirements: The ideal Family Solicitor will have NQ - 3 PQE with experience of running their own caseload and have experience with Private Law Family matters including Matrimonial, Financial and Children Act work. The successful Family Solicitor will be able to run a case load, be proactive and be able to meet targets, although the firm is not targets focussed and has a relaxed atmosphere, there is an emphasis on employee welfare and the firm regularly gives back to its employees. You must have a 2:1 at degree level and have strong client care skills.
