People Solutions have over 40 years experience in the Recruitment industry and are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard working individuals to join our client based in the Swadlincote area to work in their busy Production team within the Construction industry. Days - Monday to Friday (Apply online only) - £8.72 p/h with potential of £10.30 Afternoons - Monday to Thursday (Apply online only) - £8.72 p/h with potential of £10.30 Benefits: * Temporary to permanent work * Free on site parking * Overtime available * Monday to Friday on earlies and Monday to Thursday on afternoons * Potential career progression * Full training provided The Role: Working in a factory in the Swadlincote area * Manufacturing products using hand powered tools and air tools and paint spraying * Working with various machines ie sanders, etc. * Manufacturing energy efficient parts while minimising waste during the production process * Paint spraying, undercoating, overcoating, glazing * Cleaning moulds and forms from glue, paint and other undesirable materials * Various manual handling tasks, filling out all associated paperwork * Helping out as and when required * Measure using chap saw,nail/staple The Person: * Will ideally have experience within a factory. There is a strong smell of glue and can be dusty. * Will be able to do continuous manual labour * Ideally local to the Swadlincote area * A great attention to detail and good literacy and numeracy skills * You will have a good work history - (have an up to date CV) * Reliable and punctual
