Accounts Quality Assurance Supervisor, Northallerton

DUTIES YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO * Administration General "Front Office" duties Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets Assist external accountants and prepare financial data and reports Coordinate with management and recommend improvement in quality of accounting and provide operational support * Stock Report any stock discrepancies to the Managing Director, participate in daily stock counts, provide the final count on any discrepancies, supervise as pert of the QA role * Operational Reports: Assist the CSO with stock on hand report, backorder report, customer order fill report, outstanding purchase order report, stock on hand report, expiry register report, Inbound Stock Report, Payment register * Sales Process email and online orders received from customers Answer customer enquires via phone or email Co-ordinate export orders * Warehouse Provide help and support to warehouse store people with order picking / packing, receipting in stock including consignment checking, and labelling / packing of inventory. Warehouse duties as directed by the Managing Director * Quality Assurance Nominated QA Supervisor for Heiniger United Kingdom Responsible for supervising Quality Assurance system supported by the QA coordinator as set in place by the Managing Director to ensure compliance to QA accreditation ISO 9001 including auditing all corrective actions / recommendations Site non-conformance errors (picking/invoicing) <1% of total invoices on a monthly basis e.g. no more than 1 picking errors per 100 invoices Supervise the implementation of all procedures * Duties as otherwise directed This role is very varied but the operation at the moment is not extremely busy and therefore the duties will be able to be performed within full time hours.
