Additional Information Working within our undercover manufacturing facility | Core Working Hours are Monday to Thursday 7AM to 5PM - 38-hour week | plus Weekday, Friday, Saturday overtime available Site Hours 6AM to 6PM | Must have flexibility with working overtime. Essential Skills You will need to be genuine team player with a passion to get the right quality first time every time, always going that extra mile to finish the job, and someone who can work alongside a team of industry professionals. Basic hand tools are essential An in-depth knowledge of the construction industry Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, written, oral communication with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels A good level of fitness and a head for heights You will need experience preferably in the industry and construction disciplines such as house builders, commercial and leisure Qualifications in construction trades Health and Safety awarenessThe ideal candidate will live within 15 miles of Wellingborough, due to the shift pattern and overtime available Desired Skills Preferably from the park home sector or modular buildingAbout Company Since 1969, Tingdene have been one of the UK's leading manufacturers of park homes and holiday lodges.
