Job Title: Multi Skilled Trader / Operative Sector: Social housing Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 p/a  - Van and fuel card supplied + benefits / Temp to Perm Additional: Overtime and call outs are available on request Location: Buckhurst Hill  Skilled Careers are currently working for a company based in the Buckhurst area. My client is currently looking for a skilled maintenance operative on a permanent basis (initial 3 months via agency) to carry out work on void and occupied properties across their property portfolio. ? My client is looking for a maintenance operative who has a main trade in carpentry or plumning but also able to work on other trades such as, plastering, decorating or general maintenance ? The successful candidate will have experience working within the social housing sector and time served working in a tenanted properties or a voids environment. ? Own Tools and PPE ? CSCS card and asbestos awareness is desired About this role: ? This position is a permanent position however the initial first 3 - 6 months will be via agency) ?
